  • Former military combat MOS, professional OPFOR Insurgents with extensive SOF/OPFOR experience
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Over the age of 18.
  • Read/write and speak fluent English.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Be in good physical health capable of:
    • Traversing dense vegetation while carrying an assault rifle and up to 45lbs of equipment.
  • Climb industrial internal and external staircases in excess of 30 feet while carrying up to 45lbs of equipment.
  • Perform in austere conditions for up to 12 hours without running water or facilities.
  • Comply with a drug-free workplace IAW FAR Clause 52.223-6 (Drug-Free Workplace dated May 2001).
  • Ability to pass a drug screening
  • Fly on Military Aircraft to include Aircraft without seats or doors.
  • Receive an IV and other medical treatment as part of the scenario: Follow a script without deviation.
  • Be engaged by Simmunitions at close range.
  • If directed to resist, must be willing to be forced into submission appropriately. Be near explosive entry training and explosive distraction devices.
  • Be engaged by a muzzled military working dog. Have their person searched.
  • Capable of driving GOV vehicles in support of the training scenario.
  • Accept treatment in a Military Treatment Facility when necessary.
  • Assist in cleanup of training site to include debris removal and dunnage removal from the event.
  • Ability to access federal installations, without escort (military bases, training facilities).
  • Wear eye and ear protection for up to 12 hours continuously.
  • Wear contractor provided Black/BDU uniforms and helmets and/or Middle Eastern attire.
  • Wear Military provided attire in line with training objectives and scenario.
  • Familiarity with and ability to safely employ M4 Carbine Rifles and Pistol Simmunition weapons, AK-47 Blank Weapons, IR Lasers, Night Vision Devices, Push-to-Talk Radios, Flash Bangs, and Environmental Effects (Fog, Fire, Demo, IED, Traps).

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this position, the IC is regularly required to talk, listen, and write. The IC frequently is required to use foot/ankle motions, hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The IC is required to stand, walk, sit; and reach with hands and arms. The IC must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
