Position Summary: Information Technology shall establish an IT capability to maintain and troubleshoot Government-provided IT systems in accordance with DOD and local policy and guidance.
Requirement:
- CompTIA Security and certification
- Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist (MCTS): Windows 7 or higher, such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
- Excellent communication and management skills.
- Candidates must have the ability to obtain or possess a government security clearance.
- Meet physical fitness requirements specific for the position to include passing urinalysis screening.
- Sharp Professional appearance.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all hardware and software purchases with the COR. Contractor duties are IAW U.S. Army SERE School SOPs and respective POI content.
- Management and oversight of IT systems.
- Maintenance of IT hardware and software.
- Maintain computer certificates; d. Initiate new user accounts.
- Track user accounts and annual training requirements.
- Provide general IT support to government cadre, training, and support staffs.
- Perform lifecycle system replacement assessments.
- Backing up user data.
- Troubleshooting all software and hardware issues, replacing components, and performing updates.
- Provide troubleshooting support for specialized servers and raid arrays.
